Current treatments, such as surgery, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiation, and immunotherapy, offer hope. However, challenges like immune evasion, drug resistance, and systemic toxicities prevent long-term success. Nanotechnology-based delivery systems may offer a potential solution to these challenges.
